Terms and Conditions

Initial Commitment:

  • The client is required to commit to a three-month period of service.

  1. Subscription Flexibility:

    • After the initial three months, the client has the option to:

      • Upgrade their services.

      • Downgrade their services.

      • Continue with their current monthly service.

      • Cancel their services.

  2. Cancellation Policy:

    • The client may cancel their services at any time, provided they submit a written notice at least 60 days in advance.

  3. Project Prioritization:

    • Multiple requests are encouraged to enhance strategic planning.

    • Only one deliverable will be actively worked on at a time.

    • Upon completion of a deliverable, work will commence on the next one.

  4. Project Initiation:

    • Submit project requests directly to Alex via email (alex@pipercreative.studio). Once submitted, the client will be notified if there are any client responsibilities or deliverables so the project can begin.

    • Requests will be placed into the project queue and prioritized based on the level of membership and order of receipt across all memberships.

    • The project turnaround is contingent upon the receipt of all client deliverables, edits, and approvals.

  5. Project Turnaround:

    • Basic Client: 12-15 business days

    • Essential Client: 7-10 Business days

    • Advanced Client: 2-5 business days

    • If the request requires significant additional time outside of the allotted turnaround, the client will be notified.

  6. Platform Specifics:

    • Website and digital updates will be exclusively performed on the Squarespace Platform unless otherwise arranged before membership signup.

  7. Membership Inclusions:

    • Membership encompasses third-party vendor procurement and coordination.

    • Membership does not cover additional expenses related to project line items, including but not limited to printing costs, media placement, email marketing platform, social media management, platform upgrades, or any third-party expenses.

  8. Pricing:

    • Beta testing and pricing ended on 02/01/2024.

    • Pricing is subject to change.

    • Membership pricing will be locked in at the time of sign-up. If the client upgrades or downgrades their membership the price will update according to the current pricing of the membership levels at the next billing cycle.

    • All billing is set to auto-populate. If you see any discrepancies, please contact Alex.

    • Autopay is available. Reach out to set up.

  9. Payment Terms:

    • All membership payments are due in full on the first day of each month, by 11:59 p.m.

    • Payments not received in full by 11:59 p.m. on the first day of the month are considered late and are subject to a late fee of $20.

    • The late fee will be added to the following month's payment.
